1. Introduction

Welcome to Bluecarya, your partner in eco and nature projects at bluecarya.com. These terms govern your access to and use of our website and services. By using our site, you agree to these terms in full.

2. Use of the Site

Our site provides information about guided tours, workshops, digital guides, and eco-friendly merchandise. You agree not to misuse the site or interfere with its operation.

3. Eco & Nature Services

We offer guided tours, workshops, and consultations focused on environmental awareness and natural conservation. Payment is due at the time of booking. You may reschedule a session without charge if you notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled start. Cancellations made 72 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund. One-on-one private consultations involve dedicated time and tailored preparation; these are nonrefundable once confirmed, though you may reschedule one session within 60 days subject to availability.

4. Digital Information Products

Our digital offerings include electronic guides, video tutorials, and online courses delivered via download or streaming. Once access has been granted or files downloaded, cancellations are not available. If technical issues prevent access, we will restore access or provide replacement files promptly.

5. Physical Goods

Physical products such as plant kits, printed materials, and branded items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. To start a return, use our Contact Form. Upon receipt and inspection, we will issue a refund to your original purchase method within 14 business days.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are made to your original payment source. For refundable services, we process returns within 10 business days after approval. Services designated as nonrefundable are clearly marked at purchase and reflect resource allocation and staff commitments. If applicable, any reimbursement will be accompanied by an explanation of the no-refund policy for that service.

7. Scheduling and Rescheduling

General bookings may be rescheduled once at no extra charge if requested at least 48 hours prior. Customized consultations may be rescheduled one time within 60 days; these cannot be refunded.

8. User Conduct

Users must adhere to all local regulations and respect natural environments during activities. Any destructive or irresponsible actions may result in termination of access without reimbursement.

9. Limitation of Liability

Bluecarya’s total liability for any claim related to our services or products shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant service or item. We are not liable for injuries or damages arising from participation beyond our direct control.
